How to Meditate – Peace (Meditation at Home)

There are various scientific benefits of meditations such as Stress Control, Controls Anxiety, Mind health, improves self awareness, lengthen attention, improves concentration and more importantly it gives you Peace. In this article we will see How to Meditate.

It makes you more determinant toward your goals and whatever you want to achieve in life. According to me Meditation has remedy for everything, you just need to hit the right spot by meditating on a thought.

Step 1. Find the peaceful place or the time when there is no noise to distract you while you meditate.

Step 2. Sit in any comfortable position and close you eyes.

Step 3. To Start meditation select a thought if you are not able to come up with any thought then use this one “Think you are sitting in dark space where nothing is around you, Now small small stars are slowly coming towards you and their light starts coming inside you. This light is cold and bright which makes you cold, this light makes your anger, hates and ignorance go away”

Step 4. Focus on above thought until you see the difference coming inside you.

Choose your thought carefully. Whatever you will think, you will start becoming that. You can become rich, patients, powerful, strong just by your thought. There are various ways of meditation click here to find more.

People say you need a guru to learn such things but my experience say you are the best guru (Teacher) of yourselves. Meditation is a art to improve your personality. More you practice, more you become expert. During meditation you will see that no one else can answer your question then better than you.
